Rocky Parise – Co-Owner, MyJersey Designs, LLC

Rocky Parise is the founder and co-owner of MyJersey Designs, LLC — a lifelong athlete and competitor whose passion for sports, teamwork, and legacy inspired him to create a business that celebrates the athlete's journey both on and off the court.

Before launching MyJersey Designs, Rocky built his life around the values of teamwork, legacy, and passion for the game. As a point guard at Elizabethtown College, he captained the Blue Jays to the NCAA Division III National Championship Game in 2002. Known for his unselfish play and vision on the court, Rocky still holds the school record for most assists in a single game — a mark he hit twice with 14. He ranks second all-time in career assists at Elizabethtown with 471 and finished his senior season ranked 3rd in the nation in assists per game. His career as a player was defined by creating opportunities for others — a theme that now carries over into his work as a coach, mentor, and entrepreneur.

The idea for MyJersey Designs was born out of a moment of frustration mixed with inspiration. While coaching high school basketball, Rocky wanted to give his senior players their jerseys as end-of-season gifts. The team was already receiving new uniforms the following year, so he planned to frame the outgoing jerseys as a meaningful keepsake. But the process quickly became costly and complicated — the school required him to purchase the jerseys at $150 apiece, and professional framing quotes exceeded $400 per jersey. To make matters more frustrating, the school required that the jerseys be replaced — not for use, but simply to maintain fairness across all sports, even though the originals would ultimately be thrown away.  Facing a total cost of over $500 per player, Rocky thought: There has to be a better way.

That search for a better way led to the creation of MyJersey Designs, LLC in 2019 — a business built on the belief that honoring athletic achievement should be meaningful, personal, and accessible. Each high-definition, custom-framed jersey print isn’t just a piece of art; it’s a story, a memory, and a tribute to the journey behind every number.

What began as a side project quickly grew into a thriving business. Thanks to word-of-mouth referrals, customer loyalty, and Rocky’s relentless service to the customer, MyJersey Designs has grown every year — all while maintaining its commitment to quality and affordability.

Prior to starting MyJersey, Rocky spent 13 years coaching high school basketball, including four years as head coach at Elizabethtown Area High School, where he led the team to its first-ever PIAA State Playoff victory and helped develop the program’s all-time leading scorer. He is also the co-host of the Early Retirement podcast, where he and fellow coaches share real stories, strategies, and lessons from the sidelines.

Seth Hoffman – Co-Owner, MyJersey Designs, LLC

Seth Hoffman is the co-owner of MyJersey Designs, LLC, bringing a rare blend of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to the company. Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Seth is a 1995 graduate of Susquenita High School, where he served as captain and point guard for the Blackhawks. Known for his discipline and decision-making on the court, he once went six consecutive games without committing a turnover and finished his playing career with an exceptional 6:1 assist-to-turnover ratio — a stat that perfectly reflects his measured, reliable approach to everything he does.

Seth’s leadership qualities were evident from a young age. Just after graduating high school, he stepped directly into coaching, leading junior high and junior varsity teams at Susquenita and assisting at the varsity level. He later returned to the game as a coach for the Central Penn Ballers AAU program, where he met Rocky Parise, his future business partner. After several successful years coaching at the AAU level, Seth stepped away from the sidelines to focus on his career and raising his family.

For the next decade, Seth thrived in the world of operations, earning a reputation for his sharp analytical thinking, strong leadership, and ability to improve processes in any environment. But while his professional career flourished, a creative part of him lay dormant. A natural-born artist, Seth had spent his early years drawing constantly — but life, family, and work demanded his focus, and for nearly 20 years, the pencil stayed on the shelf. His artistic ability became more of a “Did you know?” fact than a daily passion.

That changed after his youngest child graduated high school. With time suddenly back on his side, Seth felt called to rediscover his creative roots. Though drawing wasn’t quite like riding a bike, he found a new outlet through graphic design — a perfect medium that blended his artistic instincts with modern tools. He launched 1334 Designs, and not long after, reconnected with Rocky, who pitched an exciting idea that would soon become MyJersey Designs.

What makes Seth truly unique is his balance of both sides of the brain — logical and creative. His operational mindset allows him to bring structure, clarity, and risk-awareness to every project, while his artistic side fuels innovation, bold ideas, and out-of-the-box thinking. It’s this duality that makes him such an integral part of MyJersey Designs — a company built on honoring stories, preserving memories, and designing work that resonates.
